 Pictured on the far right, Chai Yo Thongpanich partnered with owner Ricky Chai in 2003 to develop an innovative Thai menu that helped shape the foundation of Ricky’s Thai. His culinary expertise and meticulous attention to flavor and detail have been instrumental in the restaurant’s growth and continued success. Thank you, Chai!

 Ricky proudly credits Executive Chef Chai Yo Thongpanich for crafting the exceptional menu served across all three locations. “I’m incredibly grateful to work with him—I wouldn’t be here without him,” says Ricky. “Everything he creates is fresh, flavorful, and made with care.”

 Ricky has grown Ricky’s Thai into one of the region’s most respected Southeast Asian dining destinations, earning recognition from New Jersey Monthly Magazine, Montgomery News, Trenton Times, and the Princeton Packet. Over time, he became more than a restaurateur—he became a trusted presence in the community, a gracious host, and a steward of every dish served.
